Klorkleen combines a detergent and disinfectant in each tablet making it a multipurpose cleaning and disinfectant tablet.

What is Klorkleen used for?

Klorkleen is used to disinfect high, intermediate and low level environmental surfaces by washing or cleaning. It is specially formulated to give exact and easy-to-prepare disinfecting solutions, with broad spectrum activity against micro-organisms including:

  • Clostridium difficile spores in 4 minutes.
  • Bacteria: Escherichia app, Campylobacter, C.difficile spores, E.coli 0157, Enterococcus, Leptospira, Listeria, M.R.S.A., Pseudomonas spp, Salmonella, Staphylococcus, Streptococcus.
  • Mycobacteria: Tuberculosis 
  • Fungi: Aspergillus, Candida and others.
  • Spores: Bacillus spp.
  • Viruses: Human Immunodeficiency virus (HIV), Hepatitis B virus (HBV), Herpes virus, Poliomyelitis, SARS, coronavirus, Bird Flu, H1N1 (Swine Flu), Norovius.

Klorkleen Pack Formats

Klorkleen tablets are available in 1670 mg tablet size. US EPA registered tablet size and formulation also available. 

The tablets are presented in tubs with a shelf life of 2 years. 

Guidelines for using Klorkleen

The correct strength of solution is produced by dropping a tablet into the following volumes of water:
